Armed Propaganda

Armed Propaganda
This term was used by various violent leftist groups in Turkey, including the Kurdistan Workers Party (PKK), during the 1960s and 1970s to refer to violent attacks against certain unpopular state targets. It was hoped that such attacks would attract public attention and show that the state was incapable of protecting its own. The people then would gain the courage to side with the revolution.
